The system specifically helps people who have problems associated with ageing or infirmity: tendon injuries, joint pains, arthritis or back pain. Following this system results in better flexibility and stronger pain free movement and function.
Exercise
One-Hour-Body. The fastest way to achieve functional fitness, with easy, mindful 20 minute workouts, 3 times per week for a total of one hour per week. Work out the smart way, not the hard way.
Pain relief
Functional Awareness. Learn to use an integrated method showing you how to aid your body to overcome painful joint or spinal problems which may be caused by age related arthritis, injury, tendonitis or muscular skeletal imbalance. You will improve your structure and breathing.
Ageing
Learn how to manage the ageing process. Learn how to naturally lower blood pressure and heart rate, improve balance and flexibility, overcome joint pain, move easier and perform everyday tasks without physical restrictions.
Diet
Practical dietary advice. Learn how to focus on healthy eating practices without being hungry or restricting calories. Reduce body fat, feel better and function better.
Self defence
Formal training in internal soft style martial art and chi kung. A practical straight forward self defence system that is very suitable for the mature age person. Program taught by expert instructor. You learn how to avoid or deal with confrontation with confidence.

I help people to get themselves fit and healthy in the shortest time. I can help anybody at any age. My specialty is the mature age person who wants to be fit and active again.
